What is BNB Conciergerie?
BNB Conciergerie is a personal assistance company, or private concierge, offering a range of daily services for short-term rentals. Our aim is to simplify our customers' lives by saving them time and automating as many tasks as possible.
We are considered an e-conciergerie (digital concierge or online concierge) offering dematerialized services to minimize overheads.
The concept refers to services comparable to those of a luxury hotel concierge, tasked with finding a solution to all practical concerns, rather than a building concierge who traditionally only deals with common areas and mail.
Our story
2018, we decide to create BNB Conciergerie, as no equivalent is offered in French Polynesia.
We launch a Facebook advertising campaign, and land our first BNB Owner, welcome our first BNB Guests and recruit our first BNB Partners.
We train our staff to become our first official franchise.
2019, we open our second franchise in the Rhône-Alpes region , in Lyon.
BNB Conciergerie becomes an SAS with 3 partners.
2020, we open our 3rd franchise in Isère, Vienne.
We develop four logo versions before finally finding our BNB Home.
2021, our fourth franchise opens in Sélestat, Alsace.
2022, the 5th franchise opens in the Grand Ried region of Alsace to meet growing demand. In July 2022, the sixth franchise opens in Brest, Brittany. Dijon joined us to become our 7th franchise in October.
In 2023, at the beginning of the year, we open our eighth franchise in Bourgoin-Jallieu. This year also marks the opening of our ninth franchise: BNB Conciergerie Tahiti Mickaël in Punaauia. A second franchise opens in Lyon, France, our 9th franchisee! The tenth BNB Conciergerie Franchise opens in a unique and unusual destination, Ua Pou, on a small Marquesas island in French Polynesia. An eleventh BNB Conciergerie Franchise opens in Tahiti to meet growing demand with BNB Conciergerie Tahiti Diane , and the 12th Franchise with Clémentine soon follows. At the same time, we open our 13th franchise in Valence D'Agen, in the Tarn-et-Garonne region of France. In July, demand in French Polynesia increases and we open 3 new Franchises: BNB Conciergerie Tahiti Arthur, Rudy and Alissia , who will be in charge of developing the Presqu'île de Tahiti. At the end of the year, we open our 17th Franchise in Tours and 18th Franchise: BNB Conciergerie Bordeaux.
2024, BNB Conciergerie holds its first team seminar in French Polynesia in January. At the same time, we open 2 franchises in: BNB Conciergerie in Moorea. As you can imagine, we love the islands, which is why our 21st Franchise is opening on Reunion Island. The 22nd franchise opens in Pont-Évêque, Isère. To cater for the Tahitian market, we open BNB Conciergerie Tahiti with Lou, marking our 23rd Franchise. In April, the 24th Franchise opens, BNB Conciergerie Meximieux arrives to develop the Ain department.
